Gluten-Free Deep Dish Pizza Crust

   Add sugar and yeast to warm water (approximately 120 - 130°F). Stir and let bloom for 3 - 5 minutes until the top is foamy.

   In a mixing bowl, combine 3 tablespoons olive oil, LillyBean Focaccia Bread & Pizza Crust Mix, and the water/yeast mixture. Stir well to combine. Note that the dough will be more like a batter - no kneading required!

   Drizzle 3 tablespoons olive oil onto a 13" x 18" sheet pan. Pour batter into pan and spread to the edges with a spatula. Drizzle top of dough with 1.5 tablespoons olive oil.

   Cover pan with foil and set in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes.

   Top with sauce and desired toppings. Bake in a 400°F preheated oven for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely before slicing.

   For a make-ahead or freezer program, bake the crust un-topped first, then freeze. When ready to serve, add toppings and bake until crispy and golden.
